White Coast Investments New Shopping centre in Vera
A new proposed project for the construction of a large shopping centre is great news for Spanish property owners living along the Southern Spanish coast in towns such as Mojacar, Garrucha or inland in towns such as Arboleas and Huercal Overa. The Dublin based White Coast Investments have been investing in land around Vera adjacent to the town centre and now have a large enough amount of land in order to construct a large new shopping mall. The land is set to become designated as commercial land in the next plan and already has the backing of the local authorities.
The shopping mall will be located in a very important location and will be the first project of its type within a 60km radius with a potential customer base of 100,000 people. It is also a strategic location in an area that connects with the Mediterranean A-7 (E-15) motorway and the new AVE high speed train through Almeria will have a train station nearby extending the number of potential customers.
