Welcome to the Clover Estates web log; our latest initiative for improving communication and enhancing company/client relationships. This blog will allow us to establish a network focused on matching the goals and requirements of our company whilst, at the same time, catering for the interests of our clients. We already practice a policy of open and transparent dialogue. This blog will take this ethos to the next level, being a tool for disseminating information and commentary on any pertinent issues for our clients. Issues that we believe affects our clients will be addressed in the company’s blog. It will be updated on a regular basis so that the information it contains is both current and relevant. To give our clients the opportunity to keep up with the latest information without having to check the blog manually, we will also be providing RSS links that will allow for automated subscription.
Clover Estates has kicked off the New Year with Managing Director Juan Francisco Alarcon assuring all of his loyal clients about the validity of their homes. At a meeting arranged by the company, clients were informed that the recent developments in Vera were particular to those cases already reported on, and would not affect their homes. Our properties are totally safe, now and in the future: Our clients have nothing to worry about. This speech was received with a spontaneous round of applause from all existing clients that attended the meeting. By promptly going on the record to give this assurance, the Clover Estates managing director has gone further than any other developer in the area to reassure his clients about their homes.
