Spanish Mortgages are available upon request for our luxury villas and work in a similar manner to the United Kingdom, all mortgages are subject to status. We are however able to refer you to an English speaking Mortgage Broker when buying abroad, who will be able to supply you with all the necessary information you may require in order to carry out your purchase efficiently and correctly. Clover Estates recommends some of the leading banks in Almeria or Murcia Southern Spain, including Bankinter, La General and Cajasur for your financial needs.
Clover Estates partners Foreign Payments as specialists in all areas of foreign exchange who provide commission free currency and travellers cheques to our clients. Also provided is the transfer of funds overseas by bank transfer.
